4. Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Although you are able to get these through meat and fish, one of the easiest ways to actually get your omega-3 fatty acids is by eating flaxseed oil on a daily basis. 5. Though it’s not solid food, water consumption is a crucial part of an individual’s diet and health. It is suggested that you should consume 50% of your body weight in ounces daily and add a pinch of ocean salt per 16 ounces.
