See How To Eat Chocolate While Losing Weight

by Sean Hagon

You can lose weight while eating chocolate. Sound like an oxymoron? Well it’s not and as a matter of fact, this statement is true. You can lose weight while eating chocolate.

We all struggle with weight loss and are always trying to find that miracle drug that will help us lose weight. However, there really is no miracle drug, and if there is, we need to seriously question the side effects of weight loss drugs on our health. In contrast, it is possible to eat the right healthy foods and still lose weight. No I don’t mean salads and rice cakes everyday. I mean healthy chocolate. Yes, healthy chocolate.

The foods that we currently eat are all highly processed, contain additives and preservatives, and are stripped of what little nutritional value they have left. There is a current trend going on that is turning its focus back towards organic, natural foods. So it is becoming easier to obtain and find all natural, unprocessed organic foods.

How about all those fad diets that in the end don’t seem to work? We’ve all experienced this in some form. When trying to lose weight, we know all too well that the real solution is watching our calorie intake and making sure we partake in a daily exercise regimen.

However, we all still crave that Whopper with cheese and the banana split every so often. Maybe sometimes a little too often. So how can you eat healthy and great (especially chocolate) when you are on a 1,500 calorie per day diet? There is a viable solution. In the past we have had to develop a taste for those healthy foods but by simply replacing the bad with the good, you will find your body responding much better once you have broken that fast food, junk food addiction. You will begin to see yourself craving healthy foods you never thought possible. It will take some dedication, effort and discipline. But you can lose weight while eating the chocolate that you love. Plus you will begin to crave fruits and vegetables you once ignored in the grocery isle.

So what is this healthy alternative to the junk food, fast food diet? Let me begin by saying there is an increasing awareness by various food manufacturers to make foods that are not only healthier, but also eliminate the trans fat. This is achieved by offering baked options instead of fried options and reduced fat versions that can offer as much as 40-50% less fat than the original product. As a result, the manufacturing process has tremendously improved which greatly enhances your opportunity to lose weight.

I am grateful to have been introduced to a viable healthy alternative that has changed my life and will certainly change yours both in weight loss and in your everyday life. You will not only feel better, but you will experience increased energy as well. The first step towards effective weight loss is by simply replacing your sweet treats you purchase in the grocery isle with a new product called Xocai healthy chocolate. Xocai makes incredibly delicious and very healthy dark chocolate products. These products are 100% natural, certified Kosher, vegan friendly and diabetic safe. In addition, they are also rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, high fiber and are low in calories and fat.

By simply replacing the bad treats you buy in the store with the good treats using Xocai healthy chocolate, you will be well on your way to a healthy weight loss, increased energy and more with the least amount of effort. You can now enjoy your weight loss while you indulge in healthy chocolate and have confidence in the fact that you are consuming chocolate that is unprocessed and does not contain all of the additives and preservatives of the average chocolate bar.

In closing, we are finally offered a healthy alternative to unhealthy treats and it is absolutely possible to enjoy those treats without feeling guilty. Best of all you can lose weight while doing it. Your new phrase: “A piece of healthy chocolate a day makes the weight go away”.

Enjoy!

Lose weight quickly

by Lyons Ramsey

Can anyone tell me some healthy food diet tips?
Question: Can anybody provide some tips for people who are following THE MAKER’s DIET ? Its a new book that I heard about on Good Morning America.

What type of foods should I eat to get in the shape that I want to be in?
You should seek a nutritionist, dietitian or a person experienced in the field of nutrition, to determine your needs in calorie and portion control in achieving a specific nutritional and fitness status. Guessing, trying fad diets or starving oneself is a quick way to disaster and abondonment of one’s original fitness goal. Expert nutrition information is available by clicking the customized programs button orI don’t know of any home products that can rid you of bad breath. What is known is that people that are fit and healthy suffer less from bad breath. This could be that their metabolism is in balance and does not allow the anaerobic bacteria to get out of hand.

Do “fad” diets work?
Yes they do.. but not for long. “Fad” diets do work, if weight-loss is your only concern. As long as you don’t mind the serious and sometimes fatal side effects of some fad diets, they are fine. We suggest you stick with a healthy, balanced program such as Healthier for Life. 95% of all the “fad” diets on the market fail. People keep trying to find the “quick-fix”, but there is no such thing.Osteoporosis is bone loss. The bones become brittle and break more easily. This is especially true of the vertebral bones. When they break, they can cause severe pain. Curing osteoporosis is not possible. Once the bone is lost, it is not easily rebuilt.

If I lose weight on Healthy Heart Meals, will I keep it off?
The honest fact remains - if you eat or drink more calories than you use, you’ll gain weight. At Healthy Heart Meals we focus on providing PORTION CONTROLLED, nutritious meals. Studies show that individuals who focus on portion control as opposed to “Fad” diets have the best long term success rates. By using our service you get a great idea of how much food to eat which will help you whether you’re out for dinner or preparing meals on your own.The Atkins diet and other low-carb fad diets, which are high in fat and protein and severely restrict carbohydrates, are not healthy approaches to losing weight. High-fat, high-protein diets are associated with many health risks, ranging from mild (constipation, headache, and bad breath) to significant (impaired kidney function, osteoporosis, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer).Obviously, smoking cigarettes is dangerous to your health. According to various studies on the effects of cigarette smoking, it is responsible for one out of every five deaths in the U.S. and is the most addictive and destructive over-the-counter drug known to man. With all these known facts on the effects of cigarette smoking one may wonder why people still smoke cigarettes. The history and culture surrounding cigarette smoking dates back to before World War I. ..
