Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients3/4 cup granulated sugar1 1/2 cup mashed bananas3/4 cup vegetable oil2 large eggs2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup semisweet chocolate chips2 teaspoons vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt DirectionsMix all ingredients together except chocolate chips. Mix well with wooden spoon. Add chocolate chips to the banana bread batter and mix well. Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan. Cover loosely with a tent of aluminum foil. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted tests done.
